Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026

This policy explains what information Summit House Partners LLC (“Summit House Partners,” “we,” or “us”) collects through this website, summit-house.co, and how we use it. We have tried to keep it short and accurate to what the site actually does.

Information you choose to send us

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company (if provided), email address, and message. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever information you include in that communication.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like most web hosts, Netlify automatically processes basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, social media pixels, or cookies of our own on this site. Fonts and other site files are served directly from our host rather than from third-party services.

How we use information

  • To read and respond to your inquiry.
  • To communicate with you about the business opportunity or question you raised.
  • To keep reasonable records of business correspondence.
  • To protect the site and the contact form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site and our communications:

  • Netlify hosts the website and receives and stores contact form submissions. Netlify may use automated spam-filtering services to screen submissions.
  • Google Workspace provides our business email, so form notifications and email correspondence are stored there.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, and maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing andrew@summit-house.co. Submitting the contact form is entirely optional; you are welcome to contact us by email or phone instead.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if we add new features to the site, we will update this page and its effective date.
